The quality is consistently good. Nice thickness, crispy breading and nicely seasoned. I had fried cauliflower on the side. Lunchtime was busy, so we sat in the rear enclosed patio area. If you visit this place, I suggest a drive through the Neil Smith Wildlife Refuge just outside of town a native prairie, with a herd of buffalo on the grasslands.

Probably the best PBT I have ever had. The breading was spot on, the seasoning was perfect, and the tenderloin itself was juicy and delicious, exactly how I like them. As a bonus, the potato salad was excellent. All for $9.82.
