Found this spot by searching “craft beer” on Yelp and seeing the BTL on the menu cinched my decision. The tenderloin was better than I expected from first visual impressions: more meat than breading despite the apparent optical illusion of thin pounding. Nicely seasoned, tender, and juicy with a nice snap. 99 tappers here all flowing with Iowa beer. Really nice spot!
