It is a modest sized BPT and while not the best one I’ve had over the past 50+ years, it is very acceptable. Tender and properly seasoned with a nicely toasted bun. The house cut fries were an excellent accompaniment. The establishment is run by a couple from southern Illinois. They have a great trivia night. So if you find yourself near the east side of Yellowstone give Brewgards a try for your BPT fix!
