There's plenty of good food in the Charleston, SC area, but nothing can ever fill the tenderloin-shaped hole in my heart. Thankfully, right here in Summerville, we have The Knot Burger Pub. Not only are they wonderful people and upstanding members of the community, but they also occasionally bless us with a downright delicious BPT as a special. I'll dress my sandwich with toppings and condiments from time to time, but when they're good, I don't even bother. This one was goooood! If you're a displaced Midwesterner in the area, keep an eye out for this special, and in the meantime, keep your cravings at bay with one of their tasty burgers and some tots!
