The Large Tenderloin at PT’s earns a hearty 4 out of 5 a classic small-town winner with some real plate presence. The size steals the show at 4.25, easily overflowing the bun and satisfying even the hungriest tenderloin fans. The breading delivers a crisp, golden crunch that holds its own without feeling greasy, while the bun landed the lowest score at 3.75, a bit too soft for such a hefty sandwich. Standard toppings include tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, and mayo, with horseradish available if you like a little kick. Pair it with fries or fried green tomatoes, and you’ve got a comfort food combo worth the detour. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area PT’s serves up a tenderloin that hits the heart of Missouri’s fried pork tradition.
