This one was definitely an interesting take on a tenderloin stacked with smoked ham, provolone cheese, and a smoky ranch sauce that gave it a unique twist. The pork itself was thick and juicy, earning a solid 3.25/5 for thickness on our scale. The breading was crisp and well-seasoned, balancing the smoky flavor nicely. However, the bun brought the score down a bit at 2.25/5, as it didn’t quite hold up against the hearty sandwich build. Overall, we rated this tenderloin a 3 out of 5 creative, flavorful, and worth a try if you’re into loaded variations of the Midwest classic.
