The tenderloin at Conrad’s comes in at a 3 out of 5 a middle-of-the-road showing that gets points for presentation but loses some steam on execution. The bun earns the top score at 3.25, soft and buttery with a nice sheen, giving the sandwich an upscale look. The thickness, however, lands at 2.75, leaving the pork a bit too thin to compete with the generous breading. Standard toppings include tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickle, with condiments like mayo, horsey sauce, ketchup, and mustard all available for customization. The breading has a light crunch and solid flavor, but the meat itself could use more tenderness and seasoning. All told, Conrad’s serves a decent tenderloin that fits right into a pub setting reliable, filling, and best paired with a cold beer and fries.
