Lark’s tenderloin sandwich scores a 3 out of 5 not bad, but not quite the showstopper you’d expect from a spot with “Entertainment” in the name. The taste takes the crown at 3.5, thanks to solid seasoning and a nicely cooked cutlet with a satisfying crunch. The size and bun, however, both land at 2.5, making the sandwich feel a little undersized compared to KC heavyweights. Standard toppings include tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, mayo, and horseradish sauce, which adds a fun little kick. The brioche bun is soft and buttery but struggles to hold its own against the weight of the breading. Overall, Lark’s offers a decent tenderloin that leans flavorful but compact a snackable version of the Midwest classic that pairs perfectly with a night out in the West Bottoms.
