$12.99. The owner is the guy who had Spectators up on High Street, which had an amazing tenderloin. This tenderloin was actually pretty similar to what they had at Spec's - good size, well-tenderized porkbutt, over half an inch thick, and no tough spots. Mine today was all dark meat and had a really good flavor. It's a chicken-fried style dredge. The breading did taste like the oil was a little cold when they started cooking, and could probably use a change, but all in all, it was more good than bad. I had one here a year ago and it was not good at all, but the one today was good enough that I'll try to go on a Friday evening when the kitchen should be busier.
