We rated this tenderloin a 4 out of 5 overall. It earned a high score of 4/5 for both size and breading, showing off great crunch and presentation. However, the thickness came in lower at 3/5, keeping it from reaching top-tier status. Good flavor and texture, but could use a little more heft to match the impressive exterior.
