I ordered the Mighty Tenderloin sandwich with LTOP for $16, and subbed onion rings for an upcharge of $2. The BPT came with the restaurant’s own Mayo based sauce. The BPT was about 12” X 7” X 1/4” thick. I got two large sandwiches out of it, easily. The pork was tenderized and seasoned, and the cracker crumb breading was seasoned and golden. It came on a grilled bun with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. I added mustard at the table. I tried their sauce, which was good as well, but I used it occasionally to dip my sandwich. The onion rings had a crispy coating and were perfect. It was one of the best BPT sandwiches and onion rings that I’ve had. Dayron provided excellent service, and set me up with an extra grilled bun and toppings for the other half of my sandwich and onion rings, since we were traveling. The restaurant was clean and interestingly decorated with donations from their customers, per their story on the front of the menu. There are several locations in south central Missouri. It is a very worthwhile stop for a great BPT!
