We stopped here for the first time on our way from Lakeville to Mankato for a concert, but I would make the trek just for the food. The Pickled Pig Fried Pork Sandwich was SO GOOD! And the Truffle Pig Tots with lemon aioli were delicious. The service was friendly and fast. Pretty sure we had four different servers/bartenders come by to see if we needed anything in the hour-and-a-half we were there. Highly recommend.

This is a pig-themed pub in southern Minnesota. Jordan is in farm country but there is a lot of new housing development obviously for people commuting to the Twin Cities. The tenderloin was just OK, still juicy but over-fried on the outside. In Minnesota when it comes to BPTs beggars can’t be choosers. The Truffle Tots are the best tots I have ever had. The little plastic pig is a happy hour beer token for a half-priced beer. Clever reminder.
