Pullman’s Place may be a beloved local diner, but the tenderloin didn’t quite live up to expectations this round. Scoring a 2 out of 5 on our scale, this BPT fell short in a few key areas. The size, breading, and thickness all tied for the highest marks at 2/5 serviceable, but nothing that really stood out. The taste and bun came in lowest at 1.75, with the sandwich overall lacking that signature punch of seasoning and crisp texture that makes a great tenderloin memorable. While Pullman’s has that old-school diner charm and friendly service, this particular tenderloin just didn’t bring the flavor or texture we were hoping for. Here’s hoping future visits bring a little more sizzle to the plate.
