This tenderloin weighed in at a little over 8 ounces, a nice thickness, extremely juicy, and wonderfully breaded. It was served on a fresh, in-house-made brioche bun. FRESHNESS is what this sandwich screamed with every bite. The owners take great pride in their little restaurant and it shows. Our waitress was polite and friendly with spot-on service. The Parmesan Fries and coleslaw were both absolutely delicious. Don’t even get us started on the bakery goods! Well worth the trip. Make sure to check the hours. Small town Iowa at its finest.
