Wow! This one is fantastic! Nice crunch, great flavor, and the meat was tender and juicy. Checked off all the boxes for me! Tater tots were solid, too! I will be going back for sure!

Now this is what Midwest hospitality looks like. Babo’s Café in Terre Haute doesn’t just serve up a tenderloin they serve up a full-on experience. From the moment you walk in, you get that cozy hometown diner energy, and by the time you leave, you feel like part of the family. The tenderloin itself? A winner. The breading is crisp and golden, with just the right seasoning to bring out the pork’s natural flavor. The meat is tender and juicy, and the toasted bun holds everything together without getting soggy... simple, classic, and done right. Fries are perfectly crispy and add a touch of comfort. But what really sets this spot apart is the service. When the owner found out how far we had traveled he sent us home with a second tenderloin, just because. That’s not just good customer service; that’s small-town kindness at its finest. If you’re passing through Terre Haute, Babo’s Café is a must-stop. Great food, even better people!
