Quite possibly the best tenderloin I will ever eat. This is the second time I’ve had this selection called the LMK Tenderloin. Toppings include two strips of bacon, a roasted corn salsa, and a cajun mayo with lettuce, tomato, and pickle on the side. I did put the pickles on the sandwich but opted to leave the lettuce and tomato off as I judge them to be unnecessary. This thing is approximately 1/2” thick all the way around and is perfectly seasoned. Lola’s is a bit out of the way in Freeman Field Industrial Park, but well worth the slight diversion off the beaten path. They also have a chef that makes all of their desserts including this Snickers cheesecake.
