Stopped at Amazing Joe’s Grill in Muncie, IN after a 30-mile roadbike ride on the Cardinal Greenway. Had to order the BPT. Glad I did. It was big and 3/8 to 1/2” thick. Not too big that you could not finish it. The breading had a good flavor. Not too thick either. Tenderloin was also very good. It was not the processed meat that some places have. Side of sweet potato fries came with carmel dipping sauce. Highly recommend!!!!
