Not sure if it was a fritter or not, if it was it was a really good one but overall nothing remarkable, bout 1/4 inch thick and very consistent (why I think it may be a fritter), cooked right, decent flavor but very mid. Being so convienient I'm looking forward to trying their other foods. Was hoping for a great one to replace the great one from Monon pub n grill which closed late last year but no such luck
