The Horseshoe: A classy BPT topped with fries and a homemade queso. The schnitzel: BPT topped with sausage gravy, an egg cooked your way, and finished with some paprika. There’s a lot of options to try but if you’re looking just for a classic loin you can’t go wrong either!
