When you order the tenderloin the next thing you hear is the unmistakable thwap-thwap-thwap of them pounding it out fresh in the back... music to any pork lover’s ears. The breading is crispy and well-seasoned, clinging perfectly to a tender, juicy cut of pork that’s clearly been treated with care. It’s got that satisfying crunch followed by a burst of juicy flavor inside. Served up simply with chips and fresh fixings, it’s the kind of sandwich that demands both hands and maybe a little strategy to tackle. This one hits all the right notes fresh, crunchy, and made to order.
