Crispy around the edges. Moist and tender meat throughout at close to a half inch thick. Delicious!!

On the thicker side and well-seasoned. Fries were seasoned maybe bordering on too salty, but I liked them. They also serve a version with ham and Swiss on it which sounds bizarre but is really good. Around $15. Would definitely get again.

This is what is called “The Station Special” at Green Street Pub in Brownsburg, IN. (The restaurant used to be named Green Street Station in its early days.) It is a BPT topped with sliced ham and Swiss cheese. My lunch partner had this today. I had just finished my leftover BPT from the weekend for breakfast. 🤣🤣
