Yes, they look dark in the photos but not overcooked. It's just a very dark bar (21+ only). A good bit thicker than most but still tender and juicy. Love the "crunch" of this one. Very tasty. Mine was coupled with their kettle chips. Wife had the Cajun battered tenderloin with coleslaw and said it was one of her favorites so far and she's had nearly as many tenderloins as me! Great racing-themed decor in this place, too. Check it out if you get a chance.
