I’m usually wary of ordering a BPT from small ice cream stands with outdoor seating as they’re often just fritters. But the guy here was confident in his BPT game and insisted we give it a try. I’m so glad we did because it was fantastic! A full 8 ounces of pork loin, tenderized and breaded to perfection. And the price? Under $7 for the sandwich alone or about $10 for a full meal. An absolute steal! I used to own a bar known for serving a great tenderloin, and this little place definitely met my high standards. If you’re in the area and want to try something new, stop by and tell Mike the girls from Linden sent you! P.S. - The coffee shake was also amazing!

We got this to go, so it’s not “dressed” yet, but have had them several times before, and they are VERY good. This Tenderloin Tuesday is tasty every time, although I took a terrible pic of it

I like both the thicker, juicy tenderloins and the thin ones if they’re flavorful. This one, the thin kind, really hit the spot. Should have tried the O-rings. Next time.
