Decided to go with the tenderloin horseshoe over the sandwich. Overall it was very good! The meat was well trimmed and very tender. No fatty pieces. The breading was the perfect texture and stayed glued to the loin. It wasn’t heavily seasoned but had a good flavor. Definitely plenty for one. Enough to fill two buns if you want to double up. Probably 1/2” thick most of the way through. Each bite did have somewhat of a sweet flavor to it. I’m not sure if it was the cheese, the fries, the breading, or a combination of the 3. Would definitely recommend but when I go back I would probably rather have the sandwich and do cheese fries on the side.
