Wow, this one made a great first impression just on looks alone. That golden, crunchy breading was textbook perfect: crispy, flaky, and clearly hand-breaded. The tenderloin itself had that nice balance of juicy inside and crisp outside, exactly what you hope for in a BPT. The bun was toasted just right, and the toppings were fresh... crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, red onion, and thick pickle slices that gave it that classic Hoosier crunch. The waffle fries on the side were another win: hot, perfectly fried, and a great match for the sandwich. No frills here, just an honest, well-made tenderloin done right. Everything on the plate looked inviting and tasted fresh. If you’re in the mood for a hearty, no-nonsense BPT that delivers on crunch and flavor, Brickhouse’s version hits the spot.
