There’s a very tasty tenderloin hiding under all of this! What you’re looking at is an Illinois classic... the Horseshoe Sandwich (yes, there’s bread underneath it all). Blue Haven is located right inside the Quincy Airport and it did not disappoint. Crispy tenderloin, hearty toppings, and that signature pile of fries on top. This is comfort food done the Illinois way. Definitely worth a stop if you’re flying through!
