If you know, you know... Schooner’s is a Peoria legend and these photos say it all. Their breaded pork tenderloin is an absolute unit big enough to cover not just one bun but two. The breading is light and crisp, with just enough seasoning to complement the juicy pork inside. But let’s talk about the wildcard here... the Tenderloin Pizza. Yes, you read that right. It’s exactly what it sounds like: a breaded tenderloin base, pizza sauce, two kinds of cheese, and grilled sausage then top it with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. It’s wild, delicious, and somehow works perfectly. You get that crunch of tenderloin with every cheesy, flavorful bite.
