All their meat comes from the College Hills butcher shop in Normal. A bit thinner than I like but still juicy with a flavorful breading. A generous size so I doubled it up on the bun. Comes with fries or homemade coleslaw (I chose slaw... nice). Pickles and onions were extra?!?!?!?! Very good but I think I prefer the BPT at the nearby Parkview Inn. My wife got the Big Tom, a foot-long deep-fried hot dog... wow! There's a few other things on the menu I'd like to try. In all, a great visit.
