A new place has recently opened in Athens, IL. We stopped in today 2-14-26 after 1:30 pm. The restaurant was busy, however a couple of tables were available. I ordered the hand-breaded pork tenderloin for $14.992 and waffle fries (upcharge $1.50). Food came out looking good. BPT was lightly seasoned and about 1/4+ inch thick; however, I feel it could have used more seasoning. I really noticed the breading did not stick to the meat, it fell off at every cut. Overall it wasn't bad and I'll allow them to get things in order since its a new business. Looking forward to going back in a month or so for another opportunity.
