Immediately liked the vibe clean, relaxed bar with people actually talking to each other. Not a phone in sight... except mine. Guess I should’ve followed the crowd and just soaked in the small-town calm for a bit. The BPT... $12 with one side. It’s not homemade, but you wouldn’t know it by the taste. The pork was juicy, moist, and flavorful, averaging about 1/4" thick... a few thin spots, but still plenty tender. The breading was impressive: crispy, well-seasoned cracker crumbs that could rival a few homemade spots I’ve tried. For the side, I went with tater tots buttery, crispy, but could’ve used more seasoning. All in all, it’s a solid tenderloin in a no-frills, down-to-earth setting where real conversation beats Wi-Fi any day. I’ll definitely be back and next time, phone down from the start.
