Living on the Western Slope of Colorado it is difficult to find a pork tenderloin. Culvers is good when I need a fix but not a true Midwest tenderloin. Found this at Stella’s in Grand Junction. I ordered The Hoosier and it was really yummy. Could use a little more seasoning but still a taste of home. Fantastic potato salad as a side.
