Mother Muff’s serves up a tenderloin that’s big, bold, and unapologetically crunchy, earning a 4 out of 5 on our scale. The size is the undeniable highlight at 4.25, easily spilling past the bun and grabbing your attention the second it hits the table. The breading, though, landed the lowest at 3.75 a bit too thick and crunchy, overpowering the meat underneath. Standard toppings include tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, mustard, and mayo, giving it a nice balance of tang and freshness. The pork itself was tender and flavorful, though slightly overpowered by the crust. All in all, Mother Muff’s brings a Colorado twist to a Midwestern classic a massive, golden-fried tenderloin that’ll make any Hoosier feel at home, even at high altitude.
