Four Hoosiers, 4 Tenderloins!

A top-notch BPT! It was a bit thinner than I usually prefer, but honestly, this one could convert me. The seasoning and flavor were spot-on: savory, meaty, and perfectly balanced, just the way a tenderloin should be. We arrived around 1:35 p.m., just before closing at 2, but there were no worries at all the staff had our food out quickly and hot. The fries were excellent too, crispy and golden. Portions were generous plenty left for another meal or two. All in all, a great experience from start to finish. This one’s definitely worth a return visit.
