If you happen to be in Alaska during Stalks Midwest Sandwich Series be sure to stop in to Stalk. The chef is definitely from Iowa and it shows in his understanding of all the key elements of a good Iowa Pork Tenderloin- it’s oversized and crispy on the outside with a tender delicious inside. You will not be disappointed. Their service is incredible and so are the sides, appetizers, drinks and desserts. I’m looking forward to trying their version of the Iowa loose meat sandwich. Thanks Stalk for bringing me back to some of my favorite Iowa food memories.
